HHV Vacuum Ovens are available in Cylindrical / Cubical model for degassing, annulling and drying of components under vacuum

Vacuum Ovens are fabricated out of Stainless Steel of SS 304 grade, with front door opening. Removable type loading trays to accommodate the components to be dried. External/Internal heating type with tubular heaters with suitable insulation to attain uniform maximum temperature of 400 deg.C inside the oven. Suitable controls for temperature measurement with thermocouple.

A high speed vacuum pumping system fully integrated with necessary piping and valves, all operated manually is rated for high gas through-put handling and to produce clean and high vacuum in the chamber.

HHV Vacuum Ovens have all the electrical controls and instruments are housed in the main unit at convenient place for smooth operation of the system.
