Vacuum metallization system  for an international automobile industry

In june 2011, two major equipment have been moved out on the specific orders on from HHV systems division, to M/s Valeo an International company specified in the field of head lamps and rear lamps.  Valeo has production centres in 110 countries and for metalizing system they have chosen HHV with a commitment to manufacture and supply from advanced coating system.

Already 3 systems have been dispatched after acceptance and an order for about 12 units and also expressing interest of contract for development of new systems for sputtering.

This gives the great entry to international market which is already showing favorable reactions from the Indian market also.

 

Sputter coater for large telescopic mirrors

Another important dispatched is the of large size coating plant for re-coating of telescope used for 360cm aperture which will be installed at Nainital at an altitude of 3500m about mean sea level.  The mirror itself weights 4.5 toms supports on a Whiffle tree arrangements.  It is being rotated at 3-5 rpm per coating process.

For HHV this is the 3rd in order have been designed and manufacture such specialized equipment for recoating of telescopic mirrors.
