SMART COAT 3.0 - an ergonomically designed, versatile, compact modular design for multiple thin film deposition applications


HHV has made the dreams of researchers working in academic and industrial thin film laboratories come true by introducing a versatile, modular thin film deposition system SMART COAT 3.0. It is compatible with Glass bell jar & cylindrical glass chamber & box type metal chamber. This unique modular design helps the researchers to develop a wide range of thin film process and products with evaporation; ion assisted sputtering or electron beam techniques.

SMART COAT 3.0is the result of HHV’s expertise in producing thin film deposition system for over 47 years, exporting to developed countries for specific application  and  the knowledge gain through its in-house state-of-the-art thin film laboratory. HHV thin film laboratory is serving the opto-electronic community.
